Ridgeway Summer Festival

The Ridgeway Summer Festival is an annual event held in the downtown core of picturesque Ridgeway Ontario that features good food, good music, and fun times. The event runs 2 days in July and has been an annual event since 1990.

The Ridgeway Summer festival includes a huge pancake breakfast on both days of the event. A street dance party with live music headlines the Saturday festivities. During the dance party, music is pumped down the main street of Ridgeway allowing revelers to dance to their hearts content on an otherwise busy street. Several dozen crafters line the streets looking to sell their wares. The historical shops of Ridgeway normally have huge sales during the festivities. Animal displays, demonstrations, a classic car show, and live entertainment round out the major features of the festival.

The Ridgeway Summer Festival runs along side of the weekly farmer’s market, also located in downtown Ridgeway. The farmer’s market features delicious locally grown produce and products sure to please.

When in Ridgeway be sure to take in the quant charm of this small village. It is a very safe and relaxed atmosphere, and the people are polite and helpful.
